Zak Mansell

Our Head Chef Zak has been cooking for over 30 years having worked under Robert Owen Brown at the Bridge in Manchester

Zak enjoys catching and cooking fresh fish, his favourite fish to prepare is Monk fish.

Zak also enjoys heading out to the local markets and farms to source quality produce and meats for his incredible steaks

Zaks Peppercorn sauce is incredible and is definitely worth making a visit just for this, you will not be disappointed

Bancha Poomcha-Em (Ton)

Our Head Chef Ton trained at a top Bangkok Hotel, the five star Oriental, rustling up traditional dishes from across the globe

Ton enjoys cooking food for guests from across the globe, he enjoys working with any cuisine from French to Italian to English and loves to see people smiling after eating one of his creations

Tons reputation landed him a job as head chef at Fusia Noodle bar in Centenary Square

This weeks special from Ton is a Papaya salad which is known for its health benefits, one of the reasons Ton loves this dish so much

Our Head Chef Jack Brooks has worked at many prestigious places across the UK such as Axis At One  in Aldwych, Whites Private Members Club and The London Clinic in Marylebone

At the Whites Private Members Club, Jack Catered for Royals and Politicians and even cooked for the Queen!

Jack also worked privately for Duke and Duchess for Beaufort
